PayPal is a payment method a large share of online shoppers already carry, and its agentic commerce program connects merchant catalogs to AI assistants so a product recommendation can become a completed purchase in the same chat. Checkout runs on PayPal, so payment is handled by an account most shoppers already have.
When shopping moves into a chat, a store that is not in the catalog simply does not come up. Reaching those buyers on your own would mean building feeds and checkout for each assistant. With UltraCart connected, one setting enrolls your StoreFronts, your item details and pricing stay in sync automatically, and the orders placed in chat flow into UltraCart for normal processing and fulfillment.
Setup takes a few minutes once PayPal is your payment method. Open PayPal Agentic Commerce in the Channel Partners section, check the StoreFronts to enroll, and save. Only items assigned to a selected StoreFront are distributed, so you control exactly what appears. The program is open to US-based merchants selling shippable physical goods or digital products, with more countries planned.
