Ship your own orders at Amazon-negotiated UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL rates by connecting UltraCart to Veeqo.

The Veeqo fulfillment integration is built for merchants who ship their own orders and want better carrier pricing while doing it. UltraCart passes each order to Veeqo, where your team buys labels at rates Amazon negotiated with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Nobody else picks or packs on your behalf. You keep the operation and drop the carrier markup.

Veeqo was founded in the UK in 2013 by an ecommerce seller and acquired by Amazon in 2021. The shipping side is free to everyone, funded by a small commission Veeqo earns on labels bought through it, and every plan carries unlimited users, warehouse locations, and SKUs. Label purchases return up to 5% in Veeqo Credits that apply against future shipping. Inventory management, multichannel listings, and digital picking sit on paid tiers priced by monthly order volume.

Small and mid-size shippers pay retail carrier rates because they cannot commit to the volume that earns a discount. Veeqo dissolves that barrier by pooling merchants under pre-negotiated Amazon pricing, but the software only helps if your orders reliably reach it. That is the job this integration does. You authorize the connection once through OAuth, choose which Veeqo store the orders should land in, and UltraCart transmits every qualifying order from that point forward.

Two pieces of setup carry real weight here, and both are one-time. Delivery methods have to be translated: every UltraCart shipping method needs its Veeqo delivery method name entered exactly as Veeqo spells it, and nothing fulfills until that is done. Items have to exist in Veeqo first, because UltraCart does not push a catalog across, and Veeqo holds per-item configuration that an automated sync would flatten. Matching SKUs is the easy part, since UltraCart pairs them automatically when your Veeqo SKUs are the uppercased form of your item IDs, leaving only genuinely different SKUs to map by hand.

  • Amazon-Negotiated Carrier Rates: Buy UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL labels at pre-negotiated pricing normally reserved for shippers with far more volume than you have.
  • One-Time OAuth Connection: Authorize UltraCart against Veeqo in the browser and pick a destination store. No keys to copy, rotate, or store anywhere.
  • Label Purchase Credits: Every label bought through Veeqo returns up to 5% in credits that offset what you spend on shipping next month.
  • Delivery Method Translation: Each checkout shipping option maps to a named Veeqo delivery method, so the service a buyer paid for is the service your packer buys.
  • Automatic SKU Matching: Veeqo SKUs that are the uppercased form of your UltraCart item IDs pair themselves, so only genuine mismatches need attention.

Veeqo FAQ.

Is Veeqo really free?

The shipping features are, for everyone. Veeqo earns a small commission on labels purchased through it, which funds the free tier. Inventory management, multichannel listings, and digital picking are paid plans priced by your monthly order volume.

Does Amazon see my sales data if I use Veeqo?

Veeqo states that it does not share your product or sales data with other Amazon business units and that your data stays within Veeqo. You also do not need to sell on Amazon to use it, since Veeqo handles orders from other channels.

Does UltraCart sync my items into Veeqo?

No. You must create every shippable item in Veeqo yourself before orders will fulfill. Veeqo holds its own configuration options on each item, so UltraCart does not push a catalog across.

Nothing is fulfilling after I connected Veeqo. What is wrong?

Almost certainly missing delivery method translations. Every UltraCart shipping method needs its Veeqo delivery method name entered under Custom Shipping Method Codes for transport Veeqo, spelled exactly as Veeqo has it. Fulfillment does not work at all until those mappings exist.

Which of my items need a SKU mapping?

Only the ones where the two values actually differ. UltraCart pairs them on its own when your Veeqo SKUs are the uppercased form of your UltraCart Item IDs, so a catalog that already follows that convention needs no mapping work at all.

The Veeqo authorization failed. What should I try?

Sign in to Veeqo in a separate browser window first, then start the authorization from UltraCart, because the handoff can fail if you are not already logged in. You also need at least one Veeqo store to select, so create one from the Channels screen using the Other store type if you have none.
