No. UltraCart's transaction fee on external gateways is 0% across every tier. Your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net, etc.) charges its own rate as usual, and we don't add a markup on top.
You keep processing orders without interruption. Large plans incur a 0.25% overage on revenue above $250K/mo. Enterprise plans incur 0.10% above $500K/mo. We flag the overage in your admin and recommend an upgrade if it's a recurring pattern.
When a recurring or subscription charge initially fails, UltraCart's accounts-receivable retry engine attempts to recover it. We take a percentage of revenue we successfully recover: 3% on Small/Medium, 2% on Large, 1% on Enterprise. You only pay on dollars we save you, after they would have otherwise been lost.
