The Anrok integration sends your UltraCart orders to Anrok in real time, so Anrok calculates the tax on each cart at checkout based on the tax category of every product. Completed orders are reported back to Anrok, which keeps the records it needs to monitor nexus and file returns for you.

Taxability is controlled through Anrok products. Create products in Anrok with the right tax category, assign each Anrok Product ID to the matching UltraCart item, and set a Default Product ID for everything else. Shipping gets its own Anrok product with the shipping cost tax category, and a test setting returns live Anrok rates while holding back order reports until you switch it off.
