The UltraCart platform updates for June 2026 focus on giving you more ways to convert, fulfill, and support your customers. The headline is a new Visual Builder Item Offers element family for building rich, CTA-style variation selectors on both the product page and checkout. Alongside it, a Smarty-backed address validation integration lands on StoreFront checkout, certified FedEx and Worldwide Express shipping integrations arrive, and new Affiliate and Fraud REST APIs open up two more parts of the platform to developers.
Integrations
June added a new address validation integration and two certified fulfillment carriers, plus meaningful improvements to how existing connections handle shipping and marketing data.
- Address Validation (Smarty): A new Smarty-backed address validation integration with StoreFront checkout support. It includes new Visual Builder checkout conditions that react to the validation result, a checkout form that collects the result as a property, and a merchant configuration screen for the integration.
- FedEx: A new certified FedEx integration that replaces the previous connection and keeps your rate lookups and label workflows running on FedEx's current API.
- Worldwide Express (WWEX): A new certified Worldwide Express integration, giving you another carrier option for rate shopping and fulfillment.
- ShipHero: Now detects and can change the shipping method on rate-shopped orders, with improved handling of authentication errors so connection problems are easier to spot.
- ShipStation: Customs value is now adjusted for free promotional items, loyalty-tier tags map through to ShipStation, and unmapped shipping methods are logged as warnings in the integration logs so nothing slips through unnoticed.
- Iterable: An expanded event catalog now covers order-updated, refund, and auto order lifecycle events, with matching settings-screen support. Item name is included on auto order events, the renewal-amount calculation was reworked, and additional integration logs make troubleshooting easier.
- Salesforce: Invalid credentials are now surfaced more clearly, so a broken connection is faster to diagnose and fix.
StoreFronts
The Visual Builder gained a substantial new element family for variation selection and offers, along with fixes and enhancements across upsells and conversion tracking.
Visual Builder: Item Offers
Item Offers is a new modular element family, an alternative to the itemvariations element, for building rich, CTA-style variation selectors and offers on both the product page and checkout. It integrates cleanly with itemvariations and defers to it so form validation still passes.
- Alignment and multilingual support: Alignment controls and i18n hardening throughout the family.
- Auto-order schedule slot: A variant-reactive control that renders the auto-order schedule as a dropdown, radios, buttons, or cards for the selected variation.
- Axis: Radio-position control, a mobile-width media query, an axis value map, and a configurable first-reveal state.
- Badge: Position settings, icon support, automatic hiding when empty, and font fixes.
- Checkout integration: Offer item id by currency.
- Conditional reveal: A hasAnySelection match mode, hide-or-disable visibility modes, and sequential reveal with optional auto-advance.
- Icon slots: Per-cell icon and selected-icon widgets.
- Original price: A configurable source setting.
- Savings: Proper i18n output templates.
Visual Builder: Other Elements
- Spotlight: New Spotlight and Spotlight Item elements for highlighting products and offers.
- Item Toggle: Now supports a configurable default item id with a currency-map override, multilingual text, reflects cart state, and can be placed under the checkout form.
- Blog Post Title: Renders proper heading tags (h1 through h6) without forcing a default font size or weight, so your headings inherit your theme styles.
- Checkout Condition: Improved detection of an actual item in the cart, checking for a quantity greater than zero and excluding free promotional items.
Upsells
- Multi-currency revenue statistics: Upsell offer revenue stats now support multiple currencies, resolving multi-currency items back to your base currency for accurate reporting.
- Cleaner test data: Test orders no longer record upsell events, so your statistics reflect real customer activity.
- Full item logic in triggers: Trigger and suppression inputs now support full item logic for matching offers, along with paste input.
Conversion & Tracking
- Add to cart: A new watermark-based add-to-cart event calculation, with duplicate Facebook add-to-cart events suppressed for items the server already reports.
- Facebook: Page view events now fire even when the purchase pixel is suppressed, keeping your tracking data complete.
Order Management
June added item-level cancel tracking for auto orders and tightened fraud and billing protections.
- Auto order cancel tracking: Cancel reason and cancel date are now captured at the auto order item level, giving you clearer records of why and when each item was cancelled.
- Fraud rules: The email rule now also checks the credit card and gift email addresses, widening the net on suspicious orders.
- Update billing: Additional protection against duplicate charges when billing is updated.
Item Management
- Variation matrix: The item variation matrix can now assign the same item id at different quantities, supporting more flexible variation setups.
- Variation save: The variation save button is now more user friendly.
Communications & Marketing
StoreFront Communications gained a calendar, single-customer enrollment, and several reliability fixes.
- Calendar: A new in-app calendar with its own StoreFront element and icon. The campaign dialog opens directly from calendar create links, and the hover popover now shows a scaled email preview with improved layout and positioning.
- Individual enrollment: Enroll a single customer into a communication sequence.
- Rate limiting: Communication sequence range limits are now validated to prevent improper values from being configured.
- Review dialog: Warns you when approving a scheduled campaign will trigger an automatic send at its scheduled time.
- Save reliability: Fixed Save buttons that could stick disabled on the Communication Settings page (Twilio and Mailgun) and the Edit Email Step dialog when using mixed-type customer filters.
CRM
Call handling and support-ticket context got a lot better this month, and the AI web chat learned a new subscription trick.
- Call notes (PBX): Agents can take notes during a live call, auto-saved and PCI-scrubbed, and finish them during after-call work. "Save & finish" finalizes the notes and ends wrap-up early. Notes are also editable later in Call History.
- Zoho Desk tickets: Open Zoho Desk tickets now appear in the customer snapshot during a call. Agents can link or unlink the call to an open ticket and refresh the snapshot to pick up a ticket just created in Zoho Desk.
- AI web chat: AI web chat can now resume a subscription at a future billing date.
Coupons & Promotions
- New coupon type: Amount off items with free shipping, combining a fixed discount with free shipping in a single coupon.
- Tiered percent off: Tiered percent-off item coupons no longer truncate the discount, so tiered offers apply the full intended amount.
Reporting & Analytics
- AI Report Builder: Fixed detection of the security level required to run a report, which had been saving too low a level. System-prompt guidance was also improved to use SAFE_OFFSET instead of OFFSET for more reliable results.
REST API & Webhooks
Two new REST APIs opened up affiliate and fraud management to developers, and webhooks gained better labeling.
- Affiliate REST API: A new Affiliate REST API with full CRUD (query, get, insert, update, delete) plus expansion support, so you can manage affiliates programmatically.
- Fraud REST API: A new Fraud REST API for managing fraud rules from your own tooling.
- Webhooks: Webhooks now support a name and a merchant comments field, making it easier to keep track of what each one does.
