  • Substantial upsell trigger & suppression logic upgrades
    More precise control over when offers appear, helping you present the right cross-sell or downsell at the right time—no plugins required. These upgrades pair perfectly with UltraCart’s built-in upsell engine and experiments for higher AOV.
  • Complementary Items (new)
    A new related-item type in Item Management—plus a Visual Builder “Complementary Items List” element—lets you surface add-ons contextually across your eCommerce storefront.
  • PayPal Fastlane
    If a customer authenticates with Fastlane and the order total is $0, checkout won’t show an error.
  • Checkout conditions
    • CheckoutCondition: new condition for billing country.

    The Price Update tool now supports large updates via background jobs—no timeouts on big catalogs.
  • Item editor performance
    Optimized JavaScript on the main editor page significantly reduces load time.
  • New “Complementary Items” relation
    Define accessories and add-ons that power targeted upsells and cross-sells across your storefront and checkout. (Pairs nicely with UltraCart’s upsell builder and experiments.)
  • Overhauled item search
    Faster filtering + pagination to navigate extensive SKUs.
  • Ship separately (per method)
    Configure the Ship Separately flag at an individual shipping-method level for granular fulfillment logic.
  • Round-trip mapping fixes
    Several export/import mapping issues resolved for smoother bulk edits.

Order Management

  • Pending Clearance UI
    Significant UI/UX improvements for the Pending Clearance department and search filtering make exception handling faster.
  • Batch tool → Klaviyo
    Batch order update tool can now resend to Klaviyo—helpful for backfills and reconciliation.
  • Authorize.Net declines (AI-augmented)
    Clearer, AI-enhanced messaging on declined transactions helps CS teams resolve payments faster.
  • Merchant notes sync
    The note field on the main tab now syncs with the first order in the history tab—no more duplicate edits.
  • PayPal disputes in Shipping
    Additional PayPal dispute statuses are visible, with an option to reject orders directly from Shipping.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Item Sales Report: resilient cell styles
    Optimized styling prevents errors on very large reports.
  • Reporting menu overhaul
    The menu now aligns with our new AI reporting experience for a more intuitive analytics workflow—continuing the AI reporting rollout introduced in August.

    Resolved a deletion edge case.
  • Fix: item path after move
    Corrected item path handling following move operations.

REST API & Developer Tools

  • replaceOrderItemMerchantItemId (new)
    Replace a shipped line item’s merchant_item_id—useful for post-shipment corrections and downstream reconciliation.
  • StoreFront Communications Webhook
    As noted above, the flow step now supports extra HTTP headers for custom integrations.
  • Backend UI – Advanced / Developer Tools
    Freshened UI for faster navigation and discoverability.

Channel Partners

  • ShipStation channel partners
    Inject fixed items automatically when routing through ShipStation to maintain accurate pick/pack lists.
