What is Recovery E-Mail?

The recovery e-mail functionality allows you to create an automated winback process when your customers abandon their shopping carts.  UltraCart proactively collects the visitor's e-mail address, and upon abandonment, UltraCart automatically sends a completely customized e-mail message offering the customer a discount and a custom link.  The link re-activates the customer's shopping cart with the discount applied.

Getting Started

This functionality is already included in your UltraCart account!  To try out this feature, simply log into UltraCart, and navigate to the Marketing section, and click on Return E-Mail
